23 more tested positive for COVID 19 in Meghalaya , total 109 recovered and 5 deaths

Shillong, Jul 25: Twenty three  fresh positive cases of COVID- 19  were reported in Meghalaya till Sunday morning  , taking  the total  number of active cases to 555.

Twenty three cases detected were from East Khasi Hills  09  (Armed Forces 02  and Others 07 ), west Khasi Hills 03 , Ri-Bhoi  08 ( Armed Forces 05  and Others 03 ) ,   East Jaintia Hills , North Garo Hills  and West Jaintia Hills 01 each .

With this , Meghalaya now has a total of 669 cases which include 555 active cases, 109 recovered and 5 deaths.

Also Meghalaya  recorded 15  recoveries on Sunday .
